This past Monday November 13th, 2017 I had started a challenge by a wonderful trainer Rachel and her lovely assistants.
I've been wanting to lose more fat in my waist and increase the size of my hips and rear. You might think... Aftan you're small already, or you've always had a booty...But I will tell you it just doesn't look the same at 28 years of age when my skin elasticity is less resilient. See, I am an avid runner and the more distance I put in my booty muscles just seem to get smaller. So I started to lift legs and glutes a few weeks ago 2 times a week. I would check out Instagram during my stair master warm up for new exercises. This is when I came across @racheljdillon and fell in love with her workouts. She's beautiful with a womanly figure so why wouldn't I follow her!
Towards the end of that week after I started following Rachel's page, there was an advertisement for her 6 Week Shred Program. Of course I clicked the link!! Looking through what it had entailed (Nutrition, Workout Plan, Supplement suggestions, $500 if you WIN the challenge...) All for $100 Sign me up! That's less expensive than I charge for personal training for 6/wks. Heck, I needed a new routine and a change! There was a high possibility of learning new fitness ideas to implement for my clients at Anytime Fitness as well.
After having signed up for the 6 Week shred, I received prompt information on how to get started. As well as, an invite to Bodies by Rachel Forum Page. Let me tell you it was well worth every penny! I'm learning new ways to do different exercises and made new friends that have the same goals and interests as me. There's a wonderful feeling of connection and teamwork. The workouts are challenging but very fun!
