Hello World! If you all had read my last blog you know that I started a shred challenge 3 weeks ago by Rachel Dillon and her team. Today I will share some progress with Ya'll as we say in TEXAS!!!
It's been THREE awesome weeks. I had found excitement getting out of bed again and a new found respect for a precise routine. Ex. Measuring Food... The workouts have consisted of two morning cardio days and 6 HIIT sessions. The (High Intensity Interval Training) has become hard this week due to a raise in "work/load" time, which I love.
Losing weight hasn't happened for me unfortunately...but I am getting stronger feeling better and losing body fat as well as inches. One of my main goals is to be able to lose body fat without the excessive running that your girl is used to dong. I mean is that possible for a previous Track and Field collegiate athlete? I believe it is, but the results in weight loss is a little slower and I have to eat less. Turning 28 years old this year may play into it as well.
Anyway, I highly recommend trying a Challenge or Program by Bodies by Rachel. They treat you so well. Here is Link to her website.
