Training has had so many ups and downs. I may make it look easy but it actually is really hard!
Prepping for this show involves working out 12 hours a week and constant food prepping. Food prep is the hardest because I have to eat the same thing every day!
I love that training has made me a better trainer to my clients. My Personal Trainer is WBFF World Champion Stephanie Ayala and her Fiance Kerry McHugh. They have helped me stay so positive throughout this prep. The way they have me training is exactly the way I love to train. In addition, I get to learn NEW exercises too! This definitely allows me to train my own clients better.
Starting off this prep I was going to go into the bikini category. Coach knew me so well from the get go! Her knowing I liked to train hard and heavy we both decided to switch to Fitness. Boy, I am so glad we did. Sometimes the workouts i received were exactly the same I have created for myself in the past....WEIRD. We're on the same page and love that. Thanks Coaches! I cant wait to see ya'll in 4 WEEKS!
